PLEASE SEE YOUR WORK ASSIGNMENTS BELOW!
We will confirm the event format on Sunday. There are two possible formats:
Run once and work once. Do all runs together in longer heats. Take a lunch break.
Run twice and work twice. If this, your Heat #1 or Heat #2 work assignment shown below will ALSO be your Heat #3 or Heat #4 assignment. eg. Work #1 and #3 - Run #2 and #4.
Everyone runs twice and works the same assignment twice.
