2026 RMR GLENWOOD SPRINGS TOUR
JULY 18-19 2026!

This 2-day RMR-PCA scenic driving tour will begin on Saturday morning with a drive out US 285 to Buena Vista where we will meet up with the Westies from our Club, then across the Continental Divide at Cottonwood Pass (elevation 12,126 ft.) and along the scenic Taylor River Road (Hwy 742). The group will have lunch in Gunnison, then proceed on US 50 through Curecanti National Recreation Area, along Blue Mesa Reservoir and Hwy 92 to Crawford, Hotchkiss, and Hwy 133 over McClure Pass. After descending McClure Pass, the group will have a viewing stop at the historic Redstone Coke ovens. We then proceed to Glenwood Springs where we will have an “East Meets West” reception with heavy apps and beer/wine at our host hotel.
The scenic driving tour resumes on Sunday, traversing Aspen over Independence Pass through Leadville to Toponas then over Gore Pass to US 40 and along the Colorado River to US 40 over Berthoud Pass to the official end of the tour in downtown Empire on Sunday afternoon.
Link to register at the RMR group rate for the reserved room block at the host hotel will be provided upon registration, which includes a daily buffet breakfast, parking, and access to discounted tickets to the Iron Mountain Hot Springs and Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park (see attached flyers with QR code). Room Group rates for the reserved room block at the host hotel is $289 + tax.
Arrival Time: 7am at Bevy's Liquor 5869 S Alkire St, Littleton, CO 80127: 7am
Departure Time: 7:45am first group
