The reserved block of rooms at the destination hotel are limited to 25, so we urge you to book your room as soon as possible. To receive the discount lodging rate of $289.00 plus tax, you must first register.

METHOD OF RESERVATIONS: Reservations for the event will be made by the individual attendee directly by on-line reservation link OR by calling the Residence Inn by Marriott to reserve your room for the night of July 18, 2026. Their phone number for lodging reservations is 970-928-0900. Registrants should identify that they are for the "Rocky Mountain Porsche Club" in order to obtain the group rate for a room. If you are a Marriott Rewards member have that number available when booking.

After July 1 – Cancellation penalty is one night’s room and tax charge.

AFTER JULY 01 THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE EVENT REGISTRATION FEE OR THE SECOND NIGHT'S LODGING.

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CANCELLATION FEES FOR ANY LODGING.

INSTRUCTIONS TO JOIN AND/OR DEPART THE TOUR AT OTHER THAN THE START AND END LOCATIONS:

Participants may join and/or depart the Tour at the designated rest stops, lunch stops, or lodging destinations, with advance written notification to the Tour Leader. There will be no change in the registration fee for such situations. It is suggested that AMR participants join the Tour at Buena Vista, Roadrunner participants join at Gunnison and Intermountain participants join at Hotchkiss or Glenwood Springs.

The check in will be at 7:00 AM on July 18, 2026 in the parking lot of

Bevy's Liquor World - Littleton

5869 S Alkire St, Littleton, CO 80127 After check-in, waiver signing and drivers' meeting the run groups will depart at 7:45 AM.

Please arrive early!

Detailed driving route maps, directions, and additional instructions and information will be emailed to you about 10 days prior to the start of the tour.
