EVENT DESCRIPTION: Come join your Porsche friends at Homestead Grill for a festive-filled evening with great food and libations (cash bar), as we continue to grow the Western Slope Porsche community. Come connect with fellow club members, share Porsche stories, and make new friends during a festive evening. You won’t want to miss this event. Must be registered to attend.
Door Prizes: We have some great door prizes to give away from some very generous sponsors and nationally-known vendors.
DINNER DETAILS:
Appetizer, including:
- Crisped Cauliflower w/ blue cheese crumbles + baby greens
- Wild Mushroom flatbread w/ arugula + goat cheese + caramelized onion
- Chicken Pesto flatbread w/ cheddar jack cheese + red onion + tomato + bacon
Main Course, choice of:
- Beef Tenderloin w/red wine reduction sauce, or
- Roasted Pacific Salmon w/lemon caper butter sauce, or
- Veggie option
Sides include: whipped potatoes, broccoli, and baby carrots.
Dessert: Raspberry Chocolate Truffle and Apple Crumble
