2025_07_25 GMR Overnight Driving Tour

The Green Mountain Region is excited to invite you to our 2025 Overnight Driving Tour in beautiful Lake Placid, NY! The festivities will run from the evening of Friday July 25 and continue through breakfast on Sunday, July 27th with unforgettable weekend of driving and socializing with GMR members! The views will be outstanding, the roads winding and fun, the food delectable, and the friendship and laughs unforgettable —but space IS limited to 15 cars.

The planned schedule

FRIDAY (July 25, 2025)

• Arrival at Crowne Plaza Lake Placid at 101 Olympic Drive, Lake Placid, NY 12946
• Dinner on your own Friday evening

SATURDAY

• Group Buffet Breakfast 7.00am to 9.00am
• Mandatory Drivers Meeting @ 8.30am
• GMR Driving Tour and Lunch 10.00am - 4.00pm
• Lunch at picturesque mountain side restaurant 12.30pm - 1.30pm
• Saturday Evening Group Dinner 6.00pm - 8.00pm

SUNDAY

• Buffet breakfast 7.00am - 9.00am
• Depart on your own (check-out is 11am)

FEES

• Event Registration - $150 per person to register. The registration fee covers buffet breakfast Saturday and Sunday, lunch Saturday, and our private, plated dinner Saturday night.
• Hotel - DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL TO BOOK A ROOM UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A FURTHER COMMUNICATION FROM GMR (not Motorsportreg) INDICATING THAT HOTEL IS TAKING RESERVATIONS. We need to have a minimum of 10 rooms committed before room registration will be opened. 

PCA Waiver Form

Please make every effort to complete the PCA Waiver form during the registration process. If you missed it, please go https://pcagreenmountain.speedwaiver.com/rtgbx on your mobile phone and follow the prompts to complete the waiver process, passengers should do the same. Waiver forms must be completed for the driver and any passengers.
