Each car must have at minimum a driver and navigator (additional back-seat passengers are allowed, so long as each person has a seat belt), and must have an Android or iPhone running the Richta Checkpoint application (we will send instructions after you register). If you want to participate in the rally but need a partner, please email the rallymasters (rsp.tsdrallymasters@gmail.com) and we will see if we can find one for you!
